-Weight/height/BMI/growth parameter measurement and assessment
-Address current nutrition concerns
-Nutrition education
-Personalized nutrition goals
Initial appointments last ~60-90 minutes
Follow-up appointments last ~30-45 minutes
Private Pay:
Single initial visit - 140$
Single follow-up visit - $70

Initial visit with 3 follow-up visits - $330 (6% savings)
Initial visit with 5 follow-up visits - $430 (12% savings)
Nutrition packages must be purchased ahead of time and be used within 1 year from the time of purchase. There are no refunds if visits go unused.
Payment is expected at the time of service, and we accept cash, checks or major credit cards.
Insurance:
This practice accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, Neighborhood Health of RI and United Healthcare.
Before scheduling an appointment, please verify your benefits: call and ask if you have coverage for nutrition counseling, if you need a referral or prior authorization, and if there is a copay.

We are out of network with other providers at this time. We can furnish a super bill for reimbursement, however, we do require payment at the time of service, and reimbursement is not guaranteed.

We offer Professional Menu Analysis.
We can provide information in food label format or in a spreadsheet.
$50 set up fee
$30 per menu item for basic analysis (includes macronutrients only, basic food label components)
$45 per menu item for detailed analysis (includes basic food label components and vitamins/minerals)
We offer a 7% discount on a menu analysis if you advertise our business as providing this service. We will provide our company logo for your website.
